As a USDA inspected processor, we are able to portion control and package your products to not only ensure freshness, but  to also add a sense of security when it comes to food costs and inventory.
Capital Meat Company is also the only local, USDA Certified Organic Distributor/Processor in the area. Buying our Organic products direct from USDA Certified Organic farms that adhere to the strict guidelines N.O.P. (The National Organic Program – USDA Guidelines) has set.
We also source a full line of USDA certified all natural products from regional farms and suppliers, that have an innovative products that are unique to the industry and local area. We are the best when it comes to sourcing and distributing unique ingredients from farms and ranches that adhere to strict growing procedures and rigid specifications. Supporting sustainable agriculture is very important to us. Our producer farms adhere to proper husbandry of the land that includes a commitment to all natural or organic feeds and fertilizers, humanely raised livestock standards and 100% traceability.
